After the Harvest releases 2021 Annual Report
In 2021 as effects of the pandemic continued to plague our global community, the team at After the Harvest began shifting its strategy to bring larger quantities of rescued produce to food deserts across the Kansas City metro area. We shifted our resources and strategies in pursuit of our mission: to fight food insecurity, improve nutrition, and reduce food waste.
Although 2021 proved to be a challenging year, ATH is proud to release the impressive results of our combined efforts.
This report captures our greatest achievements of the past year, which would have been impossible without the compassionate, gracious contributions from our volunteers, farmers, agencies, drivers, supporters, donors, and everyone in between.
