Last week, ATH had the privilege of participating in the annual Fall Festival at Gladstone Elementary School in November. This heartwarming event brought together families, students, and local organizations to celebrate the spirit of giving and community. ATH’s role at the festival was to provide fresh, nutritious produce to families in need. With up to 200 families expected at the Fall Festival, it was a day filled with teamwork and compassion.

After the Harvest ushers in a new era with Michael Watson, an experienced professional deeply familiar with the challenges of food scarcity and the virtues of teamwork.
As the fall season settles in and the gleaning season winds down, ATH continues its unwavering commitment to rescuing fresh produce and combating food waste. Year to date, our team has exceeded an incredible milestone, rescuing over 950,000 pounds of fresh produce. We’re on track to surpass 1 million pounds by November, marking a remarkable achievement in our ongoing mission.
After the Harvest is celebrating nine years, and taking an opportunity to reflect on the incredible progress we’ve made together along the way.
If you’d like to help with food rescue operations, you can volunteer to participate in gleaning. This involves going out to farms, orchards, and other sites where fresh food is grown and harvesting it to be distributed to those in need. This helps to ensure that food that would otherwise go to waste is put to good use.
