Season Ending Volunteer Opportunities…and Thank You!
The season is really winding down - I only have two farms that still have food for us to glean. One is in south KC and the other in KCK. Friday, Nov. 7, 9:00-12:00, we will be close to 71 Hwy and MO-150 gleaning Siberian kale, radishes, and possibly some Serrano peppers (if they made it through the frost). Start time 9:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 8, 10:00-12:30, we will be in KCK gleaning turnips and lettuce. Start time 10:00 a.m.
