After the Harvest’ mission is to provide healthy food for people suffering from food insecurity in the Greater Kansas City area. We do this by rescuing post market fresh vegetables and fruit that are still nutrient dense but on its way to the landfill. We donate and distribute this food to local
pantries and kitchens that serve hungry people. After the Harvest is improving the way our hungry neighbors are able to feed their families with the fresh, nutritious produce they need.
