ATH office volunteer needed once a week

We’re looking for a skilled, dedicated volunteer to help us with a variety of tasks on an ongoing basis. Tasks may include: data entry, Salesforce management, event planning, graphic design, marketing, public relations, social media, and web design with WordPress.

This is a creative and dynamic office with the ability to work on new and various projects. We’ll train you in the basics as needed. Volunteers with experience or hoping to gain experience in non-profit management or the local food system are encouraged to apply. Experienced food & beverage coordinator needed for Greens&Jeans

We need a skilled food & beverage coordinator to help us solicit donations from local restaurants and grocery stores for our county fair “uptown, down home” themed fundraiser in September. Greens&Jeans includes a buffet-style down home and “on a stick” dinner for guests, wine and beer and lots of other goodies. Help is needed beginning immediately as well as the day of the event on September 16.

The food & beverage coordinator will work closely with the committee chair to solicit, track and pick-up donated items. They will help with the setup, serving and break down of the food and beverage section of the event. Are you a self-motivated, detail-oriented and highly communicative person with prior experience in sales? You’re our dream volunteer! Come join us!

Highly organized event coordinator needed for Greens&Jeans

We need a skilled event coordinator to help us with the planning and logistics of our county fair “uptown, down home” themed fundraiser in September. Greens&Jeans will have activity booths, a live auction and a food and beverage section. Help is needed beginning immediately as well as the day of the event on September 16.

The Event Coordinator will work closely with other logistics and management volunteers to supervise the program, set up, breakdown and all aspects of the event. They will coordinate with committee members and vendors to ensure the event is running smoothly and delegate tasks as needed.

We are looking for detail-oriented, skilled organizers with strong communication and leadership abilities. Do you have prior event coordination experience? Come join us!

Highly creative event designer needed for Greens&Jeans

We need skilled event designers to help us create and implement the look and feel of our county fair “uptown, down home” themed fundraiser in September. Greens&Jeans will have activity booths, a live auction, and a food and beverage section. Help is needed beginning immediately as well as the day of the event on September 16.

The event designer will work closely with other committee volunteers to coordinate the decoration of the event venue in a cost-effective manner. They will help construct and assemble needed materials including: signs, pendants, centerpieces, props for booths and other items as needed for the decor.

We are looking for visionary, energetic and reliable volunteers. Do you have basic sewing skills, prior experience in design, decor, crafting and fundraising events? Come join us!
