After the Harvest has a wonderful opportunity for volunteers to help with corn gleaning in Wellsville, KS July 7th through August 23rd, as well as other gleanings.

A Cornucopia of Corn awaits us in Wellsville, Kansas 20 acres to be exact. That’s 288,000 ears. That’s a lot of corn!!

We will be gleaning in Wellsville, Kansas every Monday and Saturday 7:30 – 10:30 a.m. starting this Monday, July 7th, and continuing through Saturday, August 23rd. If you are interested in attending, you must contact me. Do not just show up – we will be in different fields each week, so I need to give you directions.

Super special corn gleaning on Thursday, July 10th, 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Randy Mason of KCPT will be there filming a documentary about After The Harvest. So, if you’d like to be in a documentary shown on Channel 19, here’s your chance! It would be nice to have a large crowd for this.

Our Wellsville farmer will also have produce he has picked, ready for us to distribute to pantries. If you can’t pick, but can transport, please call me.

Our Marshall, Missouri farmer needs gleaners once per week. Please let me know if you are interested in this opportunity for a lot of food. We’ve been getting 400 – 980 lbs. per visit.

CALL or TEXT Karin Page at 816-853-4460 and I will send you the address and answer any questions you have. Do NOT e-mail me. I won’t get it.

Thank you so very, very much for helping feed people in need!!
